Return and Exchange Policy

At Babar Textile, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must include all original tags, invoices, and accessories.
  • Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@babartextile.com or call +92-321-9637743 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
  4. After inspection, we will process your return or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if the item is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of wrong or defective item delivery).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized products
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Used, washed, or damaged products
