Return and Exchange Policy

At Babar Textile, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must include all original tags, invoices, and accessories.
- Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at info@babartextile.com or call +92-321-9637743 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
- Once approved, ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
- After inspection, we will process your return or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if the item is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of wrong or defective item delivery).
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized products
- Discounted or clearance items
- Used, washed, or damaged products
